These terms apply when you buy goods from Evren Kaya Ltd T/A Afobs at https://afobs.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or take payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or we cannot verify the payment.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate unless we say otherwise. Delivery is shown at checkout. The total charged is the amount displayed when you place the order.
We accept PayPal and cash on delivery where offered. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check parcels on arrival and tell us promptly about damage or missing items.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; images are illustrative.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed the order.
